Snow flurries expected overnight in Oshawa and southern Durham

Flurries are expected overnight in Oshawa and southern Durham Region, with snow making its first appearance of the season about 2 a.m.

The flurries will last five or six hours or so and pick up again Thursday afternoon with no accumulation in the forecast. Temperatures will hover around the zero mark.

On the east side of Durham in Pickering the snow flurries will begin a little later at about 4 a.m. and also last several hours.
