If your child is weaving a new pattern in your carpet with his dribbles, endangering your lamps with his crosses and just generally wearing on your patience, Pickering Town Centre may have just the answer to both your issues.

The mall is hosting March Break Soccer -Fitness for Kids all week in Centre Court. The kids get daily soccer workouts, meet Team Canada and MLS alumni Skylar Thomas and simply be active somewhere that isn’t your living room.

The workouts (11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.) cost $10 (you receive a $10 gift card in return) and while there will be limited walk-ins available it is best to pre-book at SOCCERBREAK.EVENTBRITE.CA, where you can learn more and reserve your spot.

If chasing butterflies is more your child’s speed, Pickering Town Centre has something for those interests too.

The March Break Scavenger Hunt will have children looking for five Butterfly characters hidden in the centre.

Simply download the Getintheloop app and have fun.

All kids will receive a prize for completing the challenge and be entered to win a $150 Pickering Town Centre Gift Card.
