Sudden death reported in Whitby

Durham Regional Police have reported a sudden death in Whitby.
On Jan. 22, an individual found a dead body in a wooded area near Tempo Way and Ramona Way, a residential neighbourhood between Hwy. 407 and Winchester Rd.
Officers soon responded to the scene. While they do not consider the death suspicious, they have held down the area until an autopsy is complete.
Police confirmed the discovery shortly 10 a.m. on Jan. 23.
