Suspect sought after Uxbridge collision involving stolen car

Police are looking for a suspect after a fail-to-ramin collision in Uxbridge involving a car stolen from Toronto.

Shortly 7 p.m. March 1, a driver in a blue Honda van was driving eastbound on Elgin Park Drive when he was side-swiped by a grey Toyota Camry near Fred Barnard Way. The driver of the Camry fled the collision scene on foot.

Officers with DRPS North Division attended the scene, and found out the Camry had been stolen from Toronto. The driver of the Honda was unharmed in the collision. Police searched the area but did not find the driver of the Camry.
