Suspected Land Rover thieves spotted after idling at a green light in Oshawa

If you’re driving a stolen car and you want to avoid detection by police, sitting idling at a green light is not the best way to go about it.
Two suspects found that out the hard way after they were observed in a Land Rover idling at a green light in Oshawa in the wee hours of Tuesday morning.
Officers from Central East Division noticed, and after investigating the plates on their computer, conducted a stop of the vehicle and made the arrests.
Erin Booth, 29, of No Fixed Address, was driving and is charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000. Christopher Buller, 30, also of No Fixed Address, is also charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
They were both released on an Undertaking.
