Suspects still at large following suspicious fire in Clarington

Police are looking for the occupants of two vehicles who were spotted near the scene of a Clarington fire.

Durham police say that around 3 p.m. on April 10, officers on patrol in the Stapleton Road and Concession Road 4 area came across a working fire. The fire department was called to the scene and said the blaze appeared to be suspicious.

Police allege two vehicles were seen in the area at the time of the incident and investigators are looking to speak to the occupants of both vehicles. The first vehicle is described as an older grey van and the second is described as a newer red SUV.
