Three wanted in knifepoint LCBO robbery in Oshawa

Three unidentified men are wanted after robbing an Oshawa LCBO at knifepoint.

The trio entered the LCBO at 400 Gibb St. by the Oshawa Centre around 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 30. They began to fill a basket with liquor bottles. They tried to run from the store, but were stopped by employees. One of the robbers pulled a knife on the employees and all three men escaped. No one was hurt in the theft.

Durham Regional police have offered descriptions of the men. All three men are described as South Asian and between 25 and 30 years old. The first wore a black baseball cap and a reflective work vest. The second also had a black baseball hat and wore a black t-shirt. Police did not describe the third man’s outfit.
