Trio wanted after assault of couple in Oshawa

Three boys are wanted after a man and a woman were attacked in Oshawa.

The trio approached the pair in an “assaultive manner,” Durham Police said. The confrontation near John and Simcoe Sts. escalated and the trio attacked the pair, police continued.

The three fled the scene before police arrival. The victims were seriously hurt and treated on site.

The first suspect is described as a 16 to 20-year-old white man. He stands about five-foot-eight, with a slim build, and shoulder-length brown hair. He was wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.

The second man was also white, 16 to 20 years old, about five-foot-ten, with a medium build, and shoulder-length brown hair. He was wearing a black hooded sweater and blue jeans. Finally, the third was in the same age range, also white, approximately five-foot-ten, with a medium build, and shoulder length brown hair, and a slim build.  He was wearing a red T-shirt and black jeans.
