Twenty-four school bus routes cancelled; half in Clarington

Twenty-four school bus routes have been cancelled today (June 15), with an even dozen routes – affecting eight schools – axed in Clarington.

Four routes serving St. Stephen Secondary, Clarington Central Secondary and Clarington Central Intermediate have been cancelled, as well as routes to Holy Trinity High School, Courtice Secondary and Courtice Intermediate, MJ Hobbs and Courtice North elementary schools.

Eight school bus routes have also been cancelled in Oshawa, including routes serving Village Union and Dr. SJ Phillips public schools and RS McLaughlin and O‘Neill high schools.

Notre Dame Catholic Secondary School and St. Patrick Catholic elementary school in Ajax is also seeing cancelled routes.
