Two impersonate bank workers to get debit and credit card in Oshawa

Two unidentified men are wanted after allegedly turning up at an Oshawa home, pretending to work for a bank, and taking the victims debit and credit cards.

The men appeared at the home on April 27. They claimed to have been sent by they bank to collect the man’s card as they had been compromised, Durham Police allege.

The men said the cards needed to be replaced by a secure courier and took the victim’s debit and credit cars with them. The cards were then used to buy gifts cards in Toronto.

Police describe the first suspect as a brown man with black hair wearing a black vest with a red collar and white emblem on the upper left chest, black pants, and white running shoes.

The second is described as a Black man wearing a black hooded sweater, green pants, and white running shoes.
