After two years cancelling events because of COVID, Uxbridge Township is gearing for a busy tourist and festival season, beginning this weekend at the Pefferlaw Creek Farms Maple Syrup Festival.

The festival runs the next two weekends as well and the long-running Fridays at the Foster music shows begin June 3. Music on Sundays at Second Wedge Brewery is already underway.

Other highlights of Uxbridge’s event schedule include the Springtide Music Festival July 21-23 and Uxbridge Art on the Fringe September 17.

The Uxbridge Farmers Market on Victoria Street is also back this year on Sundays between May 1 and October 30. Canada Day festivities will also be back in 2022, though the entertainment and vendor portion of the event will be scaled back. Fireworks will still light up the night sky.
