Vehicle crash in Oshawa prompts temporary road closures

Durham Regional Police Service is advising drivers who may be planning to travel in north Oshawa to avoid Harmony Rd. north of Beatrice St. as the road have been temporarily closed due to a vehicle collision this afternoon.
On Sunday (July 16) around 2 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle collision on Harmony Rd.
Police say they have closed off areas south of the crash to Grand Ridge Ave., as well as the roads north from Beatrice St. E.
As officers continue to investigate the situation, they are not certain when the roads will open back up to the public.
Motorists are cautioned to use an alternate route until then.
No other information regarding the circumstances of the collision or if anyone was injured is available at this time.
