Water main bursts in Whitby closes a section of Dundas Street

A section of Dundas Street in Whitby is closed after a water main burst and flooded the road.
Police are advising residents to avoid Dundas between Anderson Street and Garden Street for the next several hours while the road is closed for repairs.
