Lee Tarpey of Whitby is celebrating after winning a $100,000 top prize with INSTANT CROSSWORD TRIPLER.

Tarpey, a 56-year-old father, said he was at home playing his ticket when he discovered his win. “I got four words pretty quick, and when I uncovered the letter ‘R’ I knew I had something big!” he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings.

Lee said this money allows him to do things he’s always wanted to do. “I’m going to pay off my mortgage, share with my children, and take a trip to the UK with my wife when it’s safe to travel.”

“It’s euphoric, unbelievable and so exciting!”

INSTANT CROSSWORD TRIPLER is available for $5 a play and the top prize is $100,000. Odds of winning any prize are 1 in 3.61.

The winning ticket was purchased at Silver Grocery Bargain Store on Brock Street in Whitby.
