Witnesses of hate-motivated 401 assault in Pickering sought by police

Police are looking for witnesses of an assault in Pickering last month, which is being investigated as a hate crime.
The attack happened on August 13, shortly before 6 p.m, at the 401 off-ramp to Whites Road. The driver of a Black Dodge Caravan attacked the driver of a black Nissan Pathfinder, according to the OPP.

The Pathfinder’s driver told police numerous witnesses filmed the assault in progress.
